Because perfect Love
can only be found inYou.
All for love, a Father gave
For only love could make a way
All for love, the heavens cried for love was crucified
Oh, how many times have I broken Your heart
But still You forgive if only I ask
And how many times have You heard me pray
Draw near to me
Lord,
I want to break Your heart no more. For all the times I've counted on myself for strength, for all the times I've hidden myself from letting You lift me, for all the times I allowed fear to cripple me, for all the times I run away instead of facing them with You together, Lord, forgive me. You said if only I ask will You forgive. I want to nail all my sins on the Cross and to start allowing You to LIVE IN ME and to do things by Your strength and not mine. Lord, I've tasted tough times when I've shutted You out of my life. No more will I continue that anymore, Lord. And because only Your Love is perfect, let them make a way out for me. You said "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Help me to place my trust FULLY in You alone.
